I began my journey to become a clinical psychologist born out of my natural ability to understand others on a deep level. Rather than it being "what I do", I see it as "who I am". I also feel intensely about seeing others suffer and so helping people to end their suffering is my act of service in this world.
I'm a huge book lover and began reading books on the human body and mind, along with spirituality from the age of 12 and the moment I picked up my first psychology textbook, I fell in love. That passion is stronger than ever after years seeing my clients flourish and become who they were always meant to be.
In my time outside of work I am blessed to be a mother to two sons who bring me the greatest joy. I also work with other charities to support young people in finding themselves and navigating relationships.

I believe healing is not about addressing symptoms. It is about understanding and being understood, connecting and releasing, expanding and integrating. Human beings are complex and need to be met in all layers of this complexity.
While I draw from many therapeutic frameworks to guide the therapy process, all of my work is trauma- and attachment-informed, and incorporates modalities such as transpersonal psychology, psychodynamics, mindfulness and ACT.
Where appropriate, I may also incorporate somatic approaches and gentle body-based work, and, for some people, an exploration of spirituality or meaning.
My approach to therapy allows you to reconnect with yourself and create the life you desire.

I am a board-certified Clinical Psychologist, registered with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
